Sessions, breakouts, receptions, and awards nights can all happen in a single day across different rooms. As a Fairmont Chateau Whistler event photographer, I connect with you two to three weeks before your event so I already know who needs to be in the frame and which sponsors need to be seen. Expect speaker and audience shots, networking moments, branded signage and decor, headshots captured on the day, and a full gallery within a week. For select corporate events, I can also deliver finished images before the night is over.
